Where is my refund.

You told me the refund guy would call me that same day. He did not, In fact it has been 3 days and I have not heard from you. It is useless trying to call you because no one answers the phone. I get a recording to leave my name and number but none calls back. What happened to 100% Satisfaction that is on your web page. Are you going out of business? Please call me back. I do not want to get my attorney involved unless I have to.
