You have an option of Dell originals, or non Dell brand. The non Dell brand are much lower in price, for the price of just 1 original Dell cartridges, you can get a full set of off market brand (https://123refills.com/cic/eg/tonerprinter.php?printer=Dell+E525)

if I use a non dell brand, does the printer detect the toner as a non dell brand?
