As of 15-Oct-2019:
Important notice on Epson inkjets T288, T410, T202, T702, T802. Epson recently released many new firmware updates and has pushed consumers to update their printer firmware using Epson inkjets T288, T410 and T202, T702, T802 ink cartridges. When the consumer updates the firmware, the current third party Epson inkjets might not be recognized. 1. Epson T288 inkjets, see attached instructions on how to downgrade your firmware.
2. Epson T410 inkjets, see attached instructions on how to downgrade your firmware.
3. Epson T202, T702, T802 inkjets. We are working on a downgrade solution and will provide one soon. In the mean time if you have not yet upgraded your firmware, you can BLOCK firmware updates by following the attached instructions.
We are also working on releasing new chips (cartridges with chips) that will work with the newest firmware.
